I accompany teams and organisations as an advisor and a facilitator to create a natural flow of communication which benefits achievement of targets and goals. Hereby, I foster clarification, change and development within teams and organizations. My core-competence is holistic process facilitation, an integrative further development of systemic consulting, classic facilitation and large group intervention.
