About Transformation

My core business is the facilitation of the natural flow of communication towards a certain goal. In this way I support clarification, change and development processes in teams and organisations. At the end of the day everything is somehow always focused on one topic: learning. I conceptualise and accompany those processes with more than 30-years of work experience as systemic advisor, moderator and facilitator for large groups.

In my work I rely on four key values which I consider to be fundamental for the archetypal teacher, or respectively healer: wisdom - clarity - simplicity - love.
